This is a cloning service only, not a repair. We transfer the data from your original unit to a replacement unit so it works on your vehicle. You send both units and we return both.

Drop-off hours (Cinch Storage reception)
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 9am – 4pm
  • Sunday: closed
🏢Drop-offs: leave your part at Cinch Storage reception
We are strictly a mail-in service. Walk-in is for drop-offs only. All parts must be left at the Cinch Storage reception, where someone will greet you and take the part and your details.
We do not offer a while-you-wait or same-day service, and work is not carried out at the reception.
🩺Diagnosis, scope and refunds – please read first
We do not diagnose. We do not advise on faults, symptoms or fault codes by message. Please have your vehicle properly diagnosed by a mechanic or auto electrician before you buy.
We only carry out the service listed here on your own unit, for the listed fault codes or part numbers only.
Misdiagnosis is not covered. If we complete the listed service and your unit works on our bench, the work is done. A fault elsewhere on the vehicle, or a wrong diagnosis, is not a fault with our service and is not grounds for a refund.
If we cannot carry out the listed service on your unit, we will post it back to you and refund the service.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Part numbers must be an exact match. We do not carry out any cloning service unless the part numbers are an exact match, because the software and hardware can differ slightly. This applies whatever the source of the part number information (a main dealer, a website or any other source), and we cannot be held liable otherwise.
This is a service listing, not a product for sale. We work on your own unit and send it back.
No warranty applies to this service.
We are not responsible for vehicle costs such as garage labour, storage, recovery or fines.
Extra charges may apply if the unit has been tampered with, opened or repaired before.
