At The Vehicle Check, we understand that prompt and reliable delivery is important.
This policy explains how we handle shipping, collection, and delivery of goods related to our automotive electronic services.


2. Delivery Methods

We offer two main delivery options:

  • Standard Courier Delivery: Available across the UK.

  • Customer Collection: You can collect your goods from one of our workshops during normal working hours (by prior arrangement).

If you’re unsure which option is best, our team can help when you place your order.


3. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges will be clearly communicated before you confirm your order — either on our website, over the phone, or via email.
Return shipping costs may differ (see our Returns & Refund Policy for details).


4. Dispatch and Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible, usually within a few working days after your order is accepted.
In any case, delivery will take place within 30 days of your order being confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.

If there is a delay beyond our control (for example, courier issues, stock delays, or extreme weather), we’ll notify you immediately and keep you updated.
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the delay is substantial.


5. Missed Deliveries and Re-delivery

If you’re not available to receive your parcel, the courier will leave a card or message explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

If a delivery is returned to us because it wasn’t collected or redelivery wasn’t arranged, we’ll contact you to rearrange shipping.
Additional delivery or storage fees may apply in this case.


6. Collection Option

You can choose to collect your goods directly from The Vehicle Check by prior arrangement.
Collection is available during our regular business hours — please contact us to schedule a suitable time.


7. Ownership and Responsibility

  • Goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address provided or collected in person.

  • You will own the goods only once we have received payment in full.

Please inspect all items upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything appears damaged or incorrect.


8. International Shipping

Currently, The Vehicle Check primarily serves customers within the United Kingdom.
If you are based outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order to discuss whether international shipping is available and any associated costs or customs requirements.
