Getting your modules to us safely is straightforward — a little care in packaging goes a long way with electronic components. Here's what we recommend:
- Wrap each module individually in anti-static bubble wrap or at minimum several layers of standard bubble wrap. Electronic modules are sensitive to static discharge and physical shock.
- Use a rigid box — a double-walled cardboard box is ideal. Avoid padded envelopes, which offer little protection against the knocks parcels take in transit.
- Pack tightly with void fill — screwed-up newspaper, packing peanuts or foam will stop the modules moving around inside the box during transit.
- Label the box clearly with our address: Office 13, 25 Mollison Avenue, Enfield, EN3 7LW, and include a note inside with your name, contact number, vehicle details and a brief description of what you need.
- Use a tracked service — Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24, or a courier such as DPD or Evri. Keep your tracking number. We'll confirm receipt by email or phone when your parcel arrives.
