Wrap the module in bubble wrap — at least two or three layers. Place it in a rigid cardboard box with additional padding around it so it cannot move. We cannot stress this enough: the FRM3 contains sensitive electronics, and a unit that arrives damaged by poor packaging may not be repairable. Include a note inside with your full name, mobile number, vehicle registration, and a brief description of the faults you're experiencing. This helps us hit the ground running when your module arrives.

Step 3 — Post It to Us
