- Place it in a rigid outer box with at least 3 cm of padding material on all six sides. A shoe box with scrunched newspaper is fine. A thin jiffy bag is not.
- Include a note inside with your full name, return address, contact phone number and a brief description of the fault ("no sound from any speaker, head unit display normal").
- Send it tracked — Royal Mail Tracked 48, DPD or similar. Keep your tracking number until the repair is complete and back with you.
