What Does P0810 Mean on a Citroen Sensodrive?

The Citroen Sensodrive system is a robotised single-clutch automated gearbox that uses a SACHS manufactured electro-hydraulic clutch actuator. P0810 — Clutch Position Sensor Circuit — is stored when the actuator's internal position sensor begins to fail, reporting incorrect clutch position data to the gearbox control unit. As the fault progresses the gearbox enters limp mode and gear changes are refused.
